How do I get my brand in a CowTag Hat?

The branded cowtag hats have a file upload button in the product. Click on this upload area and attach a picture or a picture of a drawing of your brand. We will do the rest!

How long before I receive my order?

These are custom items and usually take between 7-10 business days. Often they ship out sooner but there is a process to get your logo on the hat and it does take time. If we have issues with your logo (Not Clear-Too Detailed for the Space-ETC) we will contact you via the email provided. If we cannot reach you, we will reach out to the number provided- please check your email so we can get the issues resolved- We want you to get your products:)

How do I get a logo code?

We have a digitize your logo product. This product allows you to upload your logo (any file type works- we just need a clear picture) and a logo code. If there are issues with your logo code, we will need to contact you to address that before sending a code.

What is a digitized file?

When we say we are "digitizing a file" it means that we are converting an image to a file that will run as a sewing file for embroidery machines. It consists of hundreds of needle points and stitch directions. It is a file that can only be used on embroidery machines and is not the same as a digital image:)

Can I get different colors and hats on the same order?

Yes, you can get as many different options as you would like. If you want all the hats to have the same brand, it is only necessary to upload the image once. We will apply the same logo or brand to all other pieces in an order if there is one image uploaded.

I still have questions- Can I contact the staff at Loops?

Yes! We are available by email! We check email Mon-Fri from 9-6 as well. We are a small business and are closed during the weekend to allow for family time. We will respond to you during business hours and we thank you for your patience!
